Single-head capping machines suitable for sealing, screw-capping and push-on capping at speeds ranging from 600 to 3,500 caps per hour (depending on the machine model and the cap being used). Zalkin offers three stand-alone single-head machine models.

TM3-TYPE SEMI-AUTOMATIC CAPPER

TM3-type single-head machines for application of roll-on pilfer proof (ROPP) or screw-on caps. It is the ideal equipment for laboratory testing of heads or new products and small volume manual production.

  • Manual height adjustment of the head for different bottle height up to 350 mm high 
  • Caps are manually placed onto bottles to be capped for roll-on caps
  • Caps placed into capping chuck/jaw for screw-on caps
  • Up to 800 caps per hour

TM135 SINGLE HEAD CAPPER

The TM135 single-head sealing capper is ideally suited for any industry with speeds ranging from 20 to 50 bottles per minute. 

  • Designed for aluminum closures with sealing operation or with Screw & Seal capping operation
  • Designed for sealing on glass and plastic bottles
  • Integrated vertical cap elevator with 601 storage bin (autonomy of about 20 minutes with 30*60 closures
  • No lubrication needed
  • Convenient and easy-to-use touchscreen

TM300 SINGLE-HEAD CAPPER

The TM300 single-head has been developed for lower speed production operations and is ideally suited for speeds ranging from 10-40 bottles per minute.

  • Designed for any type of plastic or aluminum closure
  • Lubricant free maintenance and tool-less changeover
  • Application for caps deeper than their diameter or diameter greater than height
  • Bottle height ranges up to 400 mm
  • Constructed using stainless steel and food-grade plastic

  • Steam or nitrogen injection systems
  • Programmable logic controller and operator interface
  • Various detections (presence of integrity seals before push-on capping, presence of caps at the machine outfeed, etc).
  • Offset foot-stand for cap sorter (manual or electronic height adjustment)
  • Machine roof: simpler version or extended version (protects cap sorter and lowers noise level)
